The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2024, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 340 (2) and 61 (2) of BNSS, 2023 & Sections 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Baghpat. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 19.08.2024 alleging that she had received a call from a mobile number asking her to deposit certain amount to enable her to get the benefit of an insurance policy taken from PNB Metlife Insurance. The informant deposited Rs.1,00,000/- on 20.06.2024 and Rs.1,20,000/- on 21.06.2024 against receipt which was sent to her which came out to be fake. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of bail app
