Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 475 of 2024, U/S 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 (2) POCSO Act, Police Station Kankarkhera, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have misused his clout and sexually molested the victim. The applicant is stated to be uncle (Fufa) of the victim, whereby she used to stay in his house for studying. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
