The instant bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, at the instance of applicant Mukesh Khatri, has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 472, 120-B, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 66-B 66-C, 66-D Information Technology Act, Police Station Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. It has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in this very case as an accused for ulterior motive. The applicant is in custody since 13.9.2024
