Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2024, under Sections 376, 328 I.P.C. and Section 66-E of I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim and had taken certain indecent photographs of her and had uploaded them on Facebook and Instagram. The said relationship is stated to have continued for a period of about seven years. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
