The applicant is in jail since 11.06.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 06.11.2024. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who stabbed the deceased to death. The weapon of assault has been recovered from the applicant. The applicant had the intent to kill the deceased. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence. At this stage, no case for bail is made out.
