Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2024, under Sections 452, 323, 376/511 I.P.C. and Section 3/4/18 of POCSO Act, Police Station Ganga Nagar, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant and had attempted to commit rape with her on the roof by disrobing her on 20.03.2024 at about 12 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 7
