Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.231 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(M) of B.N.S. and Section 5/6 of the POCSO Act., Police Station Rudhauli, District Basti, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 03.09.2024 at about 5 p.m in collusion with co-accused person.
