Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 109 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 331(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kapsethi, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim/informant between 10-11 pm on 21.8.2024, as such, the neighbours had locked the door from outside and sent the information to the informant, who reached there and opened the door, as such, the applicant is stated to have run away from the house. 5.
