Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.161 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)N, 376(3) I.P.C., Section 5L/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)V, 3(2)VA SC/ST Act, Police Station- Rudhauli, District- Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 22.6.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
