Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.223 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(1), 351(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Chilkana, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. She has stated that she remained in the house of one Sonu for 3-4 days. The victim is major and as per her own statement she is stated to be 18 years old. The FIR is delayed as no date of occurrence is mentioned in it. 5.
