Heard Sri Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri O.P. Singh, learned Counsel for the State and perused the records. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Section 307 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly. 4. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 01.07.2024 at 02.28 Hrs. against the applicant and one Dhanush Yadav alleging that the police party apprehended the accused persons on the basis of an information received from a mukhbir. Both the accused persons fired towards the police persons with country made pistols, due to which one Head Constable Ashish Mishra suffered injury in his arm.
