Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 483 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) of BNS and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 09.09.2024 at about 1 a.m. Certain residents of the village are stated to have seen the applicant with the victim. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about 12 hours
