Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 293 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim aged about 13 years on 25.06.2024 between 8:00 - 9:00 in the morning. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has n
