As per prosecution story, the applicant in collusion with co- accused person Naresh Thekedar is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 6.7.2024 at about 12:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
