Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.403 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 333 B.N.S., Police Station- Bilari, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 9.7.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. and had touched her inappropriately. On her raising of alarm, several persons of the locality are stated to have reached there and apprehended the applicant at the spot, whereby he somehow escaped from their clutches.
