The instant case is a matrimonial matter between the families and the applicant, who happens to be the brother-in-law (jeth) of the victim, is stated to have committed sexual assault and unnatural offence with the victim for a substantial period of time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
