Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.406 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Mundha Pandey, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant on 13.8.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
