Heard Sri Vishveshwar Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Case No.18 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.98 of 2013, under Sections 306, 307, 326 and 376 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Deoria, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was enlarged on bail in the instant case by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.05.2014, but he could not attend the court, as such, N.B.W. was issued against him on 22.07.2017. Subsequent to it, the applicant had surrendered before the court on 04.05.2019 and is incarcerated in jail since then. There is no criminal history of the app
