Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. None is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2024, U/S 376, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Ganjdudwara, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law (Jija) is stated to have sexually assaulted her and even video-recorded the said act and have posted it on Instagram ID from his mobile. The applicant even threatened the victim and continued the said relationship for a substantial period of time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent
