None is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, U/S 376(3), 109 IPC and 5 ठ/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Titawi, District Muzffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. It is stated that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has not come up in the statement recorded u/s 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. Rather, his name has subsequently been added in the supplementary statement of the
