Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2024, under Sections 376 of I.P.C., Police Station - Tundla, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 3. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and committed rape with his wife on 03.03.2024 at about 07:00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. The victim by her physical appearance seems to be major as she is married lady. 7. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. 8
