The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his sister has been enticed away by the applicant on 29.07.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5.
