Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 286 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2), 87 of B.N.S., Police Station - Khukhundu, District - Deoria, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 3. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his sister has been enticed away by the applicant on 29.07.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. The FIR is delayed by about fourteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded u/s
