Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376DA of I.P.C. and Sections 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act and Sections 5g/6 POCSO Act, Police Station - Shahzad Nagar, District - Rampur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant regarding his missing sister since 16.05.2024 at about 07:00 am. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
