The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Haneef @ Billa, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 501 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955,Police Station- BithariChainpur,District-Bareilly. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that after the complaint of the informant, the police party received information from the secret informer that some persons are standing near kachauli mandir and are about to slaughter and are equipped with slaughtering weapon. On this information, all the persons were stopped and searched and from possession of the applicant, one iron knife was recovered and on the pointing of the applicant and four other co-accused, ox head and remains were found.
