PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 03.08.2024 at about 1 p.m. and had committed rape with her daughter. The applicant thereupon is stated to have left the place. On hearing the shrieks of the victim, other family members are stated to have come to her and had telephonically informed the informant.
