The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ankit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 807 of 2024, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Highway, District- Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution version 260 grms of Alprazolam is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. As per prosecution story, the alleged incident taken place on 16.8.2024 while the FIR has been lodged on 17.8.2024. No explanation has been given in delay in lodging the FIR. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not supported by independent witne
