Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 342 of 2024, u/s 137(2), 65(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 5(M)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sahaswan, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have called the minor daughter of the informant at his house on 14.7.2024 at about 4.00 pm on the pretext of giving her a chocolate and had committed rape with her thereat. The victim was found bleeding, as such, the applicant ran away therefrom. The victim reached her house wailing and seeing her serious condition, the son of the informant admitted her to a hospital. Thereafter the FIR was instituted on 19.7.2024. ARG
