The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Anis with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 148 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Mirjapur , District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite opportunity having been granted to learned AGA to produce the FSL report identifying the psychotropic substance, which is stated to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, the FSL report has not been produced.
