Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, U/S 376, 341 IPC, Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have levelled allegations against the victim that she was having promiscuous character, as such, he forced her to a forest and committed rape with her. On her raising of alarm, the passers-by, namely, Sachin and Prabhat, came at the place of incident. The applicant is even stated to have beaten her up. 5.
