Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.165 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1), 351 B.N.S. and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Gopiganj, District- Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter was missing since 10.7.2024 at about 08:00-08:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
