Act, 2000, and 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Crossing Republik, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage by concealing his religion. The applicant is stated to have subsequently refused to comply with the said promise, as he had misrepresented before her. ARGUMENTS
