Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0056 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Aonla, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 23.11.2022 at about 10 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The allegations are per se false. 7. The FIR is delayed by three months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 8.
