Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.51 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Thariyaon, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years on 09.03.2024 at about 11:30 p.m. 5. The victim is stated to have taken away 500 grams worth anklets and Rs.30,000/- cash alongwith her. 6.
