The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 649 of 2024, under Sections 420, 120-B, 386 I.P.C. and Section 66E Information Technology Act, registered at Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 08.07.2024 alleging that the informant got in touch with one Sahil about three months ago. He prepared obscene video of the informant through video call and thereafter extracted money from her under threat of spreading the video virally. 4.
