Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.697 of 2024, under Sections 333, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bahedi, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night on 15.7.2024 and committed rape with his daughter aged about 16 years, who is stated to be mentally ill. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 7.
