Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.741 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.131 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Hathras Junction, District- Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor niece of the informant on 29.3.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused
