Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is stated to be the girl-friend of the erstwhile co-accused person who is stated to have abducted the victim. The only role assigned to the applicant is of having assisted the co-accused person Deepak. The applicant is a lady and she has nothing to do with the said offence. 5.
