Heard Sri Rupendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.318 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376 I.P.C., Police Station- Mundha Panday, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. The victim by her looks seems to be major. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence.
