This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ibrahim @ Bheda, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2024, under Sections 5-A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Titron, District-Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that the applicant is 63 years of age. He further submits that the applicant was arrested from his house. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession or on the pointing out of the applicant. The reco
