Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 157 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Manduadeeh, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim every now and then and also on 2.8.2024 at about 10.00 pm, as such, the FIR was instituted by the victim on 3.8.2024. 5.
