Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kudarkot, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The FIR was instituted against unknown person of having enticed away the sister of the informant, aged about 16 years, on 09.05.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up later on in the statement of the victim record
