Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 200 of 2023, U/S 363, 366, 376, 120-B IPC and 5-L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Pawara, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 19.12.2023 at 9.00 am in order to marry her. 5.
