This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Deena Nath, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Special Session Trial No.332 of 2019 (State Vs. Deena Nath and others) arising out of Case Crime No.111 of 2018, under Sections 302, 201/34 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Chaubepur, District Varanasi. 4. This is a third bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 8.5.2019 passed by another Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38797 of 2018.
