Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.314 of 2024, under Sections 74, 65(2), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 7/8, 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant on 12.8.2024 at about 03:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR was instituted regarding outraging the modesty only, but subsequently, the allegations of rape have been made by the infor
