The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Munney, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station-Banda, District- Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 2.45 kg of Charas alleged to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that police has not complied with Section 50 and 52-A of the NDPS Act.
