Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.188 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Lalganj, District- Basti, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter has been enticed away by the applicant on 21.6.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by about fourteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7.
