Heard Sri Indra Pal Singh Rajpoot, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 221 of 2024, under Sections 64, 74, 351(2), 351(3) of B.N.S Police Station Jaria, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant by touching her inappropriately on 25.08.2024 at about 9 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about four hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is next stated that the allegations in the FIR are of having outraged the modesty only but
