The applicant is in jail since 21.07.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 12.12.2024. The following arguments made by Sri Amarjeet Yadav, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The deceased met with a motor accident on 21.02.2023. 2. The deceased died in the incident on 21.02.2023. 3. The first informant who is son of the deceased informed the jurisdictional police station on 22.02.2023. 4. The prosecution case set out in the FIR which was recorded on 23.02.2023 by the police officers of the jurisdiction
