Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.288 of 2024, under Sections 376AB I.P.C. and Section 5M, 6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant was found involved in the offence of fingering with the minor daughter of the informant aged about seven years. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
