Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.772 of 2024, under Sections 64, 74, 78, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim and video recorded the said act and had threatened her to make it viral on social media. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed as there is no date of offence mentioned in it. Even the application for institution of FIR was moved on 04.09.2024 and it has been registered on 06.0
